Victor Trillo Jr.
Program Manager
Victor Trillo Jr. leads The PATHfinder Club program and is deeply committed to uplifting youth and families impacted by incarceration and other systems. He is passionate about expanding the impact of reach of TPC to serve more youth and communities. As a person with lived experience of parental incarceration, he is driven to build a community of support and opportunity for those we work with. Victor is a passionate, inspirational, and dedicated advocate who is adept at mobilizing community and building successful partnerships.

Leticia Longoria-Navarro
Executive Director
Leticia creates and carries out the strategic vision for TPC and other agency programs. She enjoys collaborating with staff and partners to provide leadership, community, resources and support to ensure The Pathfinder Network’s greatest impact. She is motivated by her lived experience of parental and familial criminal justice involvement and bridging gaps in resources for others who share those experiences. She is proud to be a founding team member of The PATHfinder Club.
Our Collaborators

Amy Friedman
Amy is the co-founder of POPS the Club. She currently works as Executive Editor of Out of the Woods Press, curating and editing award-winning collections of prose and poetry created by individuals impacted by incarceration, detention and deportation. She regularly visits Clubs across the country and brings delicious brownies to the Venice High School Club!

Dennis Danziger
Dennis Danziger is a playwright, author, teacher and co-founder of POPS the Club. He volunteers and runs the Club at Venice High School and visits other Clubs regularly facilitating moving writing activities and supporting other Club Sponsors and volunteers.

Madge Woods
Madge is a long-time supporter of POPS the Club and the PATHfinder Club. She supports the Clubs across the country and supports all publishing projects including annual anthologies of student work and the Impacts of Incarceration video library.
